Acceptance of Terms

By using Kaval ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using Kaval, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

What Kaval is

Kaval is an everyday digital guardian. You can ask it to understand, check, research, plan, organise, follow through, and keep an eye on things that matter, including checking scams, suspicious messages, links, images, screenshots and breach exposure, and explaining what is real and what to do next. Kaval is offered through WhatsApp, and a web application is also available at kaval.chat.

Kaval is a product of Analog Intelligence Pvt Ltd, based in Chennai, India. Kaval is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any bank, brand, or authority you may ask it about.

Accounts and sign-in

To use the web app you sign in with a Google account or with your email address using a one-time link or code. On WhatsApp, you are identified by your phone number, and you can link your WhatsApp to your web account using a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that happens under it.

Free access and membership

Anyone may start using Kaval free. Free access includes everyday conversation, basic digital help, and basic checking and understanding of messages, links and media. Free access does not expire merely because you choose not to pay. It is subject to internal usage, cost and capacity controls, and it does not promise unlimited requests, intensive work, ongoing monitoring or human assistance. Where capacity is unavailable, we will tell you rather than failing silently.

Kaval Membership is our single paid offering. In India it is ₹999 per month, including GST. Membership includes unlimited everyday requests on WhatsApp with no visible message counter or per-feature quota, supported checking, research, planning and media understanding, reminders and follow-through, ongoing monitoring when you explicitly ask Kaval to watch something, optional guided onboarding by appointment, and reasonable human assistance for supported cases delivered in India. You may cancel at any time. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card details. For purchases outside India, checkout shows the final currency, applicable taxes and total before payment.

You will be informed before any price change that affects you.

Unlimited everyday requests and fair use

Unlimited everyday requests means members may continue asking Kaval for ordinary personal help without counting messages. Fair use applies to automated or bulk usage, commercial usage outside an individual membership, account sharing, abuse, deliberately wasteful usage, exceptionally large or repeatedly intensive investigations, continuous calling or high-volume external communication, and sustained work requiring a dedicated human operator.

When an internal boundary is reached, ordinary conversation should remain available, Kaval will not fail or restrict your account silently, Kaval will explain which part of the request cannot continue, and the task may be adjusted, queued or offered as separately approved work. No additional charge will be created without your explicit approval.

Human assistance

Human assistance is part of how Kaval may deliver a membership. It is not automatically a separate product or charge. For supported cases delivered in India, included assistance may cover guided onboarding, configuration, product troubleshooting and recovery, and reasonable human intervention for an ordinary request that Kaval accepts.

Human assistance is subject to fair use and operational availability. Membership does not promise a dedicated operator, a guaranteed response time, 24-hour human coverage, emergency response, unlimited manual labour, or on-site assistance unless Kaval explicitly accepts it. When you ask for a human, Kaval will confirm whether the case is accepted, queued or unsupported.

Kaval will obtain your explicit approval before charging anything beyond the membership price, purchasing or booking something, creating an external commitment in your name, engaging a paid professional or specialist, beginning an on-site visit or substantial managed project, or sharing private content with a human reviewer. Where an additional charge applies, Kaval will state the work, the expected outcome and the price before beginning.

Where Kaval is available

Kaval is India-first but is not geographically restricted. A person in any supported country may start using Kaval or purchase a membership, and we do not block a user solely because of a WhatsApp number, billing country or current location. Core AI assistance may be used internationally wherever Kaval's underlying services operate.

Kaval works internationally. Human-assisted services are currently available in India; availability elsewhere may vary. Outside India we may provide remote product support but do not promise local expertise, local calls, physical assistance or human fulfilment. Regional limitations will be explained before Kaval accepts a location-dependent human task.

Memberships bought for someone else

A membership may be purchased as a gift for a parent or another trusted individual. The payer manages payment, renewal and cancellation. The member receiving Kaval owns the account and the relationship, and controls conversations, memory, permissions and privacy choices. Payment does not give the payer access to the member's chats or personal information. The intended member must consent before activation.

Sponsorship does not create a family account or shared memory, and human-assistance availability follows where the service is delivered rather than the payer's billing country. If payment ends, we may notify both parties without revealing the member's private activity.

One individual membership belongs to one Kaval user. A shared household offering is not currently available for purchase.

Limitations and no advice

Kaval helps you make safer decisions, but please understand that:

• Its analysis is not infallible and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect.
• Its verdicts are information to help you decide, not a guarantee or a definitive statement of truth.
• Not all content can be verified with equal confidence, and new scams may not be immediately detectable.
• Kaval does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. For decisions that carry real risk, use its verdicts alongside your own judgement and, where relevant, a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Submit content that violates others' rights or that you have no right to share
• Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or abuse the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Misrepresent Kaval's verdicts or use them to harass others or spread misinformation

Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, links, and images you send to Kaval. You grant us permission to process that content for the purpose of answering you and operating and improving the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send secrets such as OTPs, passwords, PINs, or full card numbers; you do not need them for Kaval to help.

Intellectual property

The Kaval name, logo, and service are owned by Analog Intelligence Pvt Ltd. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analog Intelligence Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
