Analog Intelligence Pvt Ltd ("we", "our", "us") operates Kaval, an AI-powered content verification service accessible via our web application and WhatsApp. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using Kaval through our web app or sending a message to Kaval on WhatsApp, you consent to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
Messages You Send
When you send content to Kaval for verification, we process the text, images, or links you share. This content is used solely to provide you with a verification response.
Account Information
When you sign in via Google on our web app, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. On WhatsApp, your phone number is used to communicate with you and deliver verification results.
Usage Data
We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service, such as the number of verifications performed and response times.
How We Use Your Information
- To analyze and verify the content you submit

We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing and improving the verification service.
Data Sharing Restrictions
We do not share, forward, or disclose the content of your conversations with other users. Your verification requests and results are private to you.
Sensitive Information
Please do not send us sensitive personal information including:
- Full payment card or credit card numbers
- Bank account numbers
- Government-issued ID numbers (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, etc.)
- Passwords or PINs
If you accidentally share such information, contact us immediately for deletion.
Third-Party Services
Our WhatsApp service is delivered via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Messages are transmitted through WhatsApp's infrastructure and are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
Our web app uses Google Sign-In for authentication. To provide verification analysis, we use multiple Google Cloud services — including Gemini AI, Fact Check Tools, Cloud Vision, Web Risk, and Search — all subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We also use SightEngine for image and video analysis. When you submit content for verification, it may be processed by these or other third-party analysis services.
Data Retention
We retain your most recent conversation messages to provide context-aware responses. When your conversation exceeds 30 messages, the oldest messages are automatically summarized into a brief overview, and the original message content is permanently deleted. These summaries are retained to maintain continuity across conversations. A user profile (communication preferences and general traits) is derived from your interactions and persists across sessions.
Web App
Your conversation history, including messages, verification results, and any attached media, is stored on our servers for as long as your account is active. A copy is also cached locally in your browser for offline access and is cleared when you sign out. You can delete individual conversations at any time from within the app.
You can request complete deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

You have the right to:
