questions people ask
How do I escalate a complaint a company is ignoring?
Every regulated sector in India has a ladder above customer care. Telecom has an Appellate Authority under TRAI rules, shopping and delivery apps must name a Grievance Officer, airlines have a Nodal Officer and AirSewa, and banks lead to the RBI Ombudsman. Pick the company above for its exact path.
